Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:
- If there are any issues or if you want to exchange/return an item, contact us immediately at email@example.com
- Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a discount code sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
- All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
- All accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
- Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached (if any).
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
- Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return.

TO MAKE A RETURN:
- Email email@example.com with the issue you are having.
- Send your package back once you have heard back from our store.
- Once your package is received please allow 5-7 business days for our Return’s Department to process your return.
- A discount code will then be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Due to our limited quantities per unique style, we are unable to offer exchanges. However, we will be happy to issue you a discount code for your return, and if the right size in the right style is available, you can use your code to purchase that item.
